When should I use a facial Elixir?
Our Elixir can be applied throughout the day. We do suggest to get maximum results apply to damp skin or after showering.
Can I use the Cuticle oil on other parts of my body?
Yes, Definitely! It can be used on any part of your body where you have dry skin. We just don't recommend for face due to Apricot Kernel oil and Avocado oil being a moderate comedogenic oils which could block your pores.
Does the Day Cream feel heavy and greasy on my skin?
Our day cream is a lightweight moisturiser infused with antioxidants, giving a plumped, hydrated glowing complexion without feeling greasy.

We will do your best to post your items within a 24hr time frame, but please understand time frames may vary, due to busy seasons.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, un used and in its original packaging, including any giveaway or promotional products. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items stated as clearance items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. We will let you know if the refund has been approved or declined. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to.
